My duty as a mental health professional is to be a pillar of support while offering the tools necessary for you to heal and move forward in your life. We can’t change the trauma from our pasts, but we can reduce the impact it has on us in the present and future to come, allowing our authentic self to shine.
My passion is working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, sexual abuse trauma, and generational trauma. I lean on cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, family systems theory, somatic therapies, parts work, emotionally focused work, and trauma informed approaches.

My name is Jas, and I am a registered therapeutic counsellor based out of Surrey, BC. My journey in therapy started when I was struggling to find direction in my life. It had become evident that the coping mechanisms I was utilizing weren’t helping me live to my full potential. Going through therapy myself, I realized how much my childhood and family systems played a part in the way I had been navigating the life course I was on.
