Please consult with your human resources department or your insurance company to determine whether your employee extended benefit plan covers therapy provided by Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC) registered with the Association of Cooperative Therapeutic Counsellors of Canada (ACCT).
Counselling fees for a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) are approved by Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, Equitable Life of Canada, Claim Secure, SunLife and Manulife. Additional Extended Benefits may qualify for reimbursement with your Extended Health Benefits Plans or HSA.
Cancellations - If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please contact your counsellor at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged the full price for the session.
